Dentist Surgeries can often be converted from period buildings and houses much like GP's Surgeries and Nurseries. These conversions come with their own challenges around layouts - working and adapting the existing building alongside means of escape and meeting new regulations. This is balanced with their often preferable locations in existing neighbourhoods and communities.
